• Contact data: email address, phone number, registered office address
• Login credentials: email, hashed password
• Business data: inquiries, orders, price list, terms and conditions
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see Cookie Policy)

We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and further for the period required by law (typically 10 years for accounting documents). Customer login credentials are retained for the lifetime of the account; after account closure, they are deleted within 30 days.

6. Data Recipients

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We only share it with processors necessary for the operation of the service: cloud infrastructure and accounting software providers, always under a data processing agreement. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. Security

All communication is encrypted using the TLS protocol (HTTPS). Passwords are stored exclusively in hashed form. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees only.
