Active Play AS H 8008_LF is a one-component prepolymer polyurethane adhesive based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), intended for professional bonding of SBR and EPDM rubber granules.
The product is used in the construction of sports, recreational and safety surfaces, including surfaces for playgrounds, gymnasiums and fitness centres. At a temperature of 25 °C, the adhesive is a colourless to amber-coloured liquid. It has an NCO group content of 9.0–10.0 % and a dynamic viscosity of 2500–4000 mPas. It contains no volatile organic solvents, forms a joint with good rigidity while maintaining flexibility, and exhibits increased resistance to moisture in the air and from the substrate.
