Active Play AS H 8008 (W) is a high-quality polyether prepolymer based on MDI isocyanate with low functionality (2.0–2.2), intended for demanding industrial applications. This one-component polyurethane adhesive is available in the form of a clear liquid with a colour from colourless to light yellow, reflecting its exceptional purity and consistency. The product features a viscosity of 2000–4000 mPas at 25 °C and an NCO content of 9.0–10.0 %, ensuring excellent adhesion, flexibility and durability of the bond. Active Play AS H 8008 (W) was developed specifically for the production of cold- and hot-pressed components from EPDM and SBR rubber granulates, including those obtained through recycling.
