Active Play AS H 8013_NV is a one-component polyurethane adhesive in the form of a prepolymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI).
The product is intended for the production of cold- and hot-molded parts from SBR and EPDM rubber granules. The adhesive is characterized by an NCO group content of 18.0–19.5% and a dynamic viscosity at 25 °C in the range of 2000–3500 mPas. At 25 °C it is a liquid with a color ranging from amber to brown. The density of the product at 20 °C is 1.1–1.2 g/ml. The adhesive forms a bond with good rigidity while retaining flexibility. The product contains no volatile organic solvents, making it a suitable solution for industrial and professional applications.
