Active Play AS H 8018 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive developed on the basis of an MDI blend with low functionality (2.0–2.2).

The product is a liquid with an amber to dark amber colour and a viscosity at 25 °C between 2500–4000 mPas. The NCO content is 12.0–13.5 %, which ensures excellent application properties and high quality of the resulting bonds. Active Play AS H 8018 is a specialised raw material for the production of moulded elements, formed both cold and hot, using EPDM and SBR rubber granules, including those obtained by recycling. Thanks to its carefully balanced chemical composition, it enables the creation of durable and flexible bonds, ideal for use in modern rubber processing technologies.
