ROKAmina K30K is classified as an amphoteric surfactant from the betaine group.
The commercial product is a light yellow aqueous solution containing 29 to 32% active substance. ROKAmina K30K is applied as a component of cleansers used to remove impurities from the skin and hair. It is a betaine with better thickening properties compared to ROKAmina K30. It exhibits very good foaming properties over a wide range of pH values. In combination with anionic surfactants it shows a positive, synergistic increase in foam volume and improves the stability of formulations. It is good at adjusting the rheology of formulations that contain anionic surfactants in the presence of electrolytes.
