ROKAmina K40 belongs to the amphoteric surfactants from the betaine group.
The commercial product is an aqueous solution containing about 40 % active substance and has a light yellow color. This product is a more concentrated form of ROKAmina K30, which translates into reduced transport and storage costs. ROKAmina K40 is a component of cleaning preparations used to remove impurities from the skin and hair surface. It has excellent foaming properties over a wide range of pH and water hardness. In combination with anionic surfactants (SLS, SLES, ABSNa), it exhibits a positive, synergistic increase in foam volume and improves the stability of the preparations.
