ROKAmina K30 MB belongs to the amphoteric surfactants from the betaine group.

The commercial product is an aqueous solution with an active content of about 30% and a light yellow color. ROKAmina K30 MB is used as an additive in cleaning products to remove dirt from the skin and hair surface. ROKAmina K30 MB belongs to the group of products covered by the RSPO certificate in the Mass Balance model (www.rspo.org). This means that the palm oil used to produce the base raw material contained in ROKAmina K30 MB comes from crops that do not contribute to the depletion of natural resources. Its production respects the rights of people living in areas where oil palms are grown. It has excellent foaming properties over a wide range of pH and water hardness. In combination with anionic surfactants (SLS, SLES, ABSNa), it shows a positive, synergistic increase in foam volume and improves the stability of formulations. It is a substance that, in the presence of electrolytes, adjusts the rheology of formulations containing anionic surfactants. ROKAmina K30 MB is stable in solutions with high salinity. Thanks to these properties, it helps reduce the consumption of surfactants in formulations. In addition, this product is characterized by its ability to soften and smooth the skin and hair. At the same time, it reduces the irritating effect of anionic surfactants on the skin. Another advantage is its antistatic properties, which remove static electricity from hair. ROKAmina K30 MB can act as a hydrotrope, i.e. a substance that improves the clarity of cosmetics, for example. The use of ROKAmina K30 MB as a component of personal hygiene products definitely reduces their irritating and sensitizing properties compared to standard substances used in the cosmetics industry. ROKAmina K30 MB carries the prestigious international ECOCERT label, which is the most important and most recognized certificate of quality and ecological safety in Europe. In addition, thanks to its high biodegradability, ROKAmina K30 MB is safe for the natural environment. It can be safely used in products such as Eco, Organic, Vegan, Paraben Free, GMO Free. The surfactant meets the biodegradability criteria set out in Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents. In addition to cosmetic applications, ROKAmina K30 MB is also excellent for other industrial sectors, including cleaning products for home and professional use, as well as for industrial and institutional cleaning and washing. The products are used as a component of All Purpose Cleaning (APC) products, primarily for household spray cleaners. This product is especially recommended for glass and glossy surfaces due to its lower tendency to leave streaks. This property is particularly suitable for black or stainless steel surfaces, metal or ceramic sinks, chrome fittings, polished stone countertops, glass panes or mirrors. ROKAmina K30 MB is used as a component of mild foaming agents together with amine oxides, where betaine is a coupling agent in ecological emulsions made on the basis of natural fatty acids, intended for spray waxing and drying in automatic car washes. ROKAmina K30 MB is also used as a component of a composition for printing textile fibers as an agent supporting the dispersion process of poorly soluble salts of esters in dye preparations. The preparation also prevents the precipitation of salts. The use of betaine as a dye additive or its addition to printing inks contributes to deeper penetration of the material or yarn, rapid fixation of the dye, and high efficiency of textile material processing. The construction industry takes advantage of the excellent foaming properties of this product, which is used in concrete additives as an air-entraining component that stabilizes the introduced air bubbles. ROKAmina K30 MB ensures that aerated concrete does not lose air over time and that the resulting pores are fine and evenly distributed. ROKAmina K30 MB is also used as an asphalt emulsifier in the production of bituminous materials. The product forms a stable emulsion/dispersion with good surface adhesion.
