EKOPRODUR S0540 D is a polyurethane system consisting of a polyol part (POLY component) and an isocyanate part (ISO component).
The polyol mixture is an oily liquid without suspensions, coloured from light red to dark brown. The ISO component is a mixture of aromatic, brown-coloured polyisocyanates. The foam's excellent insulating properties were achieved by using HFO, a fourth-generation foaming agent from the hydro-fluoroolefin group with a low GWP = 1 and zero ozone depletion potential ODP = 0.
