Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5

Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 is a two-component polyurethane system intended for the production of flame-retardant high resilience (HR) foams.

They are used primarily in the furniture industry for the production of seats, seating sets, armchairs, etc. The Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 system consists of two components: the POLY component — Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 POLY — a polyol blend in the form of a white viscous liquid, and the ISO component, which is a prepolymer blend based on aromatic polyisocyanates in the form of a dark brown liquid that contains no suspensions. The system can be produced using both low-pressure and high-pressure foaming machines. The product reaches its correct mechanical properties after 24 hours of curing. The Ekoproflex A15-46 system does not contain blowing agents that significantly contribute to depletion of the ozone layer. This is in accordance with the EU provisions on the placing on the market and use of controlled substances under Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009. The product has Hygienic Certificate No. HK/B/0511/01/2014 issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product, when used according to the manufacturer's instructions, has no negative impact on health and the environment.
