Ekopromer REB_02 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive based on a mixture of MDI with low functionality (2.0–2.2).
It is available as a clear, light yellow liquid with a viscosity of 200–800 mPas (at 25 °C) and an NCO content ranging from 19.0 % to 21.0 %. The adhesive was developed for the production of rebond foam blocks made from recycled flexible foams – predominantly from used mattresses and upholstered furniture.
