As anionic surfactants, the products of the EXOcal series are hydrophobic. EXOcal 60B is a calcium salt with a concentration of approximately 60% anionic active ingredient in isobutanol as a solvent. The product is a yellow to brown liquid, and the pH of a 5% solution ranges from 5.0 to 7.0 (pH determined in an isopropanol:water mixture).
