EXOfos PA-080S is an anionic surfactant belonging to the group of phosphoric acid esters.
The ester is based on pure 2-ethylhexyl alcohol and is offered in acid form. EXOfos PA-080S is a clear liquid at room temperature. Its pour point is below -20°C. The product has an acid number to the second inflection point ranging from 290 to 350 mg KOH/g. EXOfos PA-080S is a hydrophobic product with a high phosphorus content (approx. 11-12%) designed for use particularly in oils and greases. EXOfos PA-080S also helps inhibit corrosion on the surface of ferrous metals. One of the greatest advantages of this product is its anti-foaming effect. It is therefore perfect as an additive in mineral base oils and cleaning preparations.
