EXOhib PC108 is a blend of chemicals based on the diethanolamine salt of polyoxyethylene (10) C12-14 alcohol phosphate.
The product is a corrosion inhibitor for water-based anti-corrosion paints. The commercial product is a 50% clear, yellow to dark brown solution. Its pH ranges between 6 and 8, so the product does not require neutralization before use. As a primary corrosion inhibitor, EXOhib PC108 effectively protects metal surfaces against corrosion. Adding EXOhib PC108 to the finished coating provides very good anti-corrosion properties to the coating and a long-lasting protective effect. The product contains adhesion promoters that ensure excellent coating adhesion even when exposed to aggressive corrosive agents. It also has a positive effect on reducing paint blistering.
