EXOlat C40 is an aqueous solution of sodium polyacrylate.
At room temperature, the product takes the form of a clear or slightly hazy liquid. It contains 42 to 44% solids at pH 7 to 9 (10% solution). It has a molar mass of approx. 11,000 g/mol. Classified as a water-soluble homopolymer of acrylic acid, the product is used in household laundry detergents as well as in industrial cleaning. EXOlat C40 is also used in formulations for the Auto-Care industry and in water and wastewater treatment processes.
