EXOstab NP6 is a professional blend of nonionic surfactants that is the most effective and environmentally friendlier alternative to ethoxylated nonylphenols.
The product is completely free of any alkylphenol derivatives. It is a liquid with a color of up to 150 on the Hazen scale. Its cloud point in a butyl diglycol/water solution is between 60 and 65°C. Its solidification point is approx. -5°C. The active substance content is approx. 100%. EXOstab NP6 is slightly soluble in water and forms emulsions with it. EXOstab NP6 is particularly recommended as an application substitute for ethoxylated nonylphenol containing 6 moles of ethylene oxide per molecule. The product acts as a component of laundry and cleaning agents as well as an emulsifier. Unlike ethoxylated nonylphenols, it does not need to be used only in closed circuits where the process liquid is recycled or incinerated.
