INCI: PEG-4. The product is a colorless, highly water-soluble liquid with relatively low viscosity and a freezing point below 0 °C. It is characterized by the best alkali resistance among the PEGs available in the product range and strong hygroscopic properties. In addition, it exhibits excellent dissolving capacity for active substances.
