ROKAcet CC6 is a non-ionic surfactant with the INCI name: PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides.
It is a glyceride of a mixture of caprylic and capric acid, ethoxylated with 6 moles of ethylene oxide. "Caprylic" as part of the INCI name means that the product contains caprylic acid (octanoic acid) as a fatty acid component (introduced primarily by an acylation reaction). At a temperature of 20÷25°C Rokacet CC6 is a clear liquid with a colour of max. 150 on the Hazen scale. The product has a characteristic odour and exhibits good solubility.
