A non-ionic surfactant used as a semi-finished product for a textile receiving preparation.
It belongs to the group of castor oil ethoxylates available under the name ROKAcet R. At room temperature it takes a solid form. The color of the product at 60°C on the Gardner scale is max. 5, the cloud point in a brine solution (NaCl solution 100 g/L) is in the range (65 - 70) °C. The product is further characterized by very good solubility in water and resistance to acidic, alkaline and hard water environments. The solidification point is approximately 43°C. It has a high HLB parameter of about 18.5.
