ROKAnol G8 belongs to the group of non-ionic surfactants.
It is an ethoxylated glycerin, whose INCI name is: GLYCERETH-8. Its average degree of ethoxylation is approx. 8 moles. The commercial product is available as a liquid with a colour of max. 100 HU. It has a low pour point, i.e. below -20°C, and an active substance content of approx. 100%. It is a polymer with a specific trifunctional structure, i.e. it has three hydrophilic groups. ROKAnol G8 is a reactive surfactant. It can be further modified, e.g. with fatty acids.
