ROKAnol® GA6 is a non-ionic surfactant belonging to the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols.
The product is part of the group of surfactants based on Guerbet C10 alcohol. It is a cloudy liquid with an active substance content of approximately 100%. At 40 °C it takes on a light colour, i.e. max. 50 on the Hazen scale, and solidifies at approximately 2 °C. ROKAnol® GA6 forms cloudy solutions in water, but is soluble in organic solvents such as methanol or acetone. The cloud point of this product is 61–64 °C in a BDG solution (16.7%). ROKAnol® GA6 shows medium resistance to both acids and bases. It can be mixed with other non-ionic, anionic and cationic surfactants.
