ROKAnol® IT12W (Isotrideceth-12)

ROKAnol IT12W is a non-ionic surfactant from the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols (INCI name: Isotrideceth-12).

The product belongs to the ROKAnol IT range, a large group of surfactants based on isotridecyl alcohol, iso-C13. The commercial product contains about 90% active substance. ROKAnol® IT12W is a clear liquid with a solidification point of approx. -2°C. This form facilitates its use and storage. Thanks to the presence of 12 ethoxylated groups, the product has high hydrophilic properties, therefore it is readily soluble in water and lower aliphatic alcohols. It is characterised by a high cloud point in aqueous solution in the temperature range of 78÷86°C. ROKAnol® IT12W is used in many industrial applications, from cleaning and washing agents for household use to special products for cleaning various hard surfaces, especially in degreasing agents with high alkalinity or acidity. Examples of such products are pre-wash agents and alkaline active foams for vehicle washing, graffiti removers, and highly acidic detergents for removing bathroom deposits.
