ROKAnol L23 is a non-ionic surfactant with the INCI name: Laureth-23.
The commercial product is in the form of a white, waxy solid with a solidification point of about 37 °C. It dissolves very well in water, especially warm water (above the freezing point of the preparation). The hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of the product is approximately 16.6. ROKAnol L23 is a derivative based on renewable plant raw materials and is used mainly in cosmetic applications.
