Rokolub® 60-D-68 (PAG)

Rokolub® 60-D-68 is a high-quality synthetic base oil PAG (polyalkylene glycol) that is soluble in water.

The product is intended for use as a base oil or functional additive in the formulation of high-quality lubricants, including synthetic lubricating oils classified as Group V. It has an ISO VG 68 viscosity class, a kinematic viscosity at 40 °C in the range of 61-75 cSt, a high viscosity index (VI ~190), a cloud point above 90 °C, and a high flash point above 220 °C. Rokolub® 60-D-68 has excellent lubricating properties, effectively reducing wear on frictional elements and providing high resistance to load and high pressures. The product helps keep machines and equipment clean, does not leave oil deposits, and reduces the formation of carbon deposits compared to mineral oils. Rokolub® 60-D-68 retains very good low-temperature properties and remains fluid even at temperatures below -38 °C, allowing for good low-temperature properties. This makes the product multi-seasonal and can be used without temperature restrictions, especially where water-free lubricating systems are required for machines and mechanical equipment. The reverse solubility at higher temperatures allows for the creation of a resistant lubricating film on the surface of the machined metal, making the product extremely useful in recipes for metal heat treatment as a cooling and lubricating fluid.
