Rokopol® iPol S is a polymer dispersion in a reactive polyether polyol, white in colour, designed for the production of high-quality, high-resilience (HR) foams and combustion-modified high-resilience (CMHR) foams.
It significantly increases the hardness of the material without the need to use styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polyols. As a result, the volatile organic compound (VOC) content is lower while maintaining significantly improved fire resistance. It contains antioxidants (other than BHT). It has a hydroxyl number in the range of 40-46 mgKOH/g and a dynamic viscosity in the range of 1500-2000 mPas at 25 °C.
