It is an ethoxylated derivative of sorbitan monolaurate with the INCI name Polysorbate 20. The product is a clear yellow to brown liquid with a solidification point of -5 °C. The preparation contains 99 % of active substance. ROKwinol 20 dissolves well in water and methanol. It has the ability to form an O/W (oil in water) emulsion.
